A quick reference guide.

  Mark the box "X" for Residential.

  Click the hour glass for the "Area "to create a drop-down list.  Choose one and click "OK."

  Click the hour glass for the "Suddivision" to create a drop- down list.  Choose one and click "OK"

  Click  the"Submit" button.

  You may click extra choices, e.g. "Structure", "Price", etc. if you choose. It will create parameters & reduce the amount of listings for you to view.
